  • The daily rate is for a minimum of 2 days
  • Rates are based on double occupancy
  • Payment terms are 50% at time of booking.  Full payment upon arrival.  
  • Cancellation must be made 30 days before arrival for full refund.
  • Each additional person will be $20.00 per night .  

Cancellation Policy

Should you fail to use your confirmed reservation and fail to cancel 30 days prior to your arrival, we reserve the right to retain all funds received, as liquidated damages until the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period .
